Customization instructions

Most of XinHuiXiong springs are only standard products in the broad sense (XinHuiXiong internal standard), which is, there are ready-made molds, but since the springs are customized products, we will not make and hold plenty in stock. Customers in need can place orders, we will produce and deliver at the fastest speed;

If different styles, materials, requirements and applications required, please submit drawings or data (material diameter, thickness, width, working length, inner and outer diameters, life cycles and force value, etc.) and contact us for unit price, mold fee and lead-time;

XinHuiXiong specializes in the development, design and production of precision springs. Currently, the customization thickness range is 0.04~0.8mm; width 4~50mm; length no limit, customized according to client requirements.
