About XHX's Clips & Leaf spring
XHX's clips & leaf spring, are one-time shaped with spring machines, using a mold, of stainless steel strip. NOT STAMPING.
The most significant difference between this method and stamping is that stamping machines can not make ordinary clips with this kind of elastic material.

Because this item is only a Generalized standard product (Xin Hui-hung standard), i.e., we do have the ready-made molds, but it is usually ordered by some customer, we do not have stock.
If in need of this spring, please place an order and we will manufacture and deliver at our fastest speed.
If you want different styles, materials, requirements, applications, welcome to provide drawings or data (material diameter, thickness, working length, diameter, lifespan and force value, etc.)

Xinhuixiong focuses on R & D, design and production of precise springs. Currently custom sizes available are, 0.06 - 0.8mm thickness, 4-50mm width, no-limit length (according to customers' requirements).
